Method 3: Clean the Paper Feed Rollers

  • Switch off the printer and remove the power cable from the rear end.

  • Open the input tray. 

  • Find the gray paper pick rollers from the input tray. Clean it using a moist cloth to remove the dirt and dust buildup.

  • Before placing the rollers back to its place after cleaning, ensure that it is completely dry.

  • Make the power cable connection with the rear side of the printer and turn it on. 

  • Try to print the document.
